1. Using Webly
By creating an account you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. Webly helps you build a professional website, show your products and receive buyer inquiries. You must be 18 or older and give us correct information.
2. Free trial and plans
Your first 30 days are free. No payment is needed to start.
After the trial you can choose a monthly or a yearly plan. Prices are shown on our pricing page.
The yearly plan includes a .com domain, free for the first year. From the second year you pay the plan price and the domain price shown on our pricing page at that time.
You can cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
If your plan ends, we keep your website data for 3 months. During that time you can reactivate your plan or export your data. After that we may delete it. Older data can sometimes still be recovered for up to a year, but we cannot promise this.
3. Your domain
We register your domain for you through our domain registrar. The domain is yours: you have 100% of the ownership rights.
From 3 months after registration you can ask us to transfer it to another provider. A processing fee of PKR 1,500 applies.

4. Your content and your leads
Your website content belongs to you. We only use it to run your website.
Buyer inquiries are yours. We never sell them or share them with other customers.
You are responsible for what you publish and for your dealings with your buyers.
5. AI features
Our AI tools can make mistakes, so please check everything before you publish it. AI tokens do not expire while your subscription is active. Tokens are non-refundable.
6. What is not allowed
Webly is for genuine businesses. To keep it safe and fair for everyone, these are not allowed:
pornography or adult content;
illegal activity or illegal goods, including fraud, fake offers and counterfeit products;
pretending to be another business or brand, or copying someone else's brand.
If an account does any of this, we will pause it and may remove the content. We will tell you why whenever we can. If you see a problem, tell us at [email protected] and we will look into it within 24 to 48 hours.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms as Webly grows, and we will tell you about important changes. These terms follow the laws of Pakistan.
