At Webly.pk, we aim to provide transparent and fair billing practices. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any plan or service.

By using our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. Monthly Subscription Plans

Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.

Once a monthly plan is activated, no refund will be issued for that billing period.

Cancellation will stop future charges, but the current month will not be refunded.

2. Yearly Subscription Plans

Yearly plans are eligible for a refund within 7 days of service activation.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the activation date.

Refund Conditions for Yearly Plans:

If a refund is approved:

Domain price (if purchased or included) will be deducted

15% service fee will be deducted from the total amount

Remaining amount will be refunded

After 7 days, yearly plans become non-refundable.

3. Domain Purchases (Very Important)

Domain registration fees are strictly non-refundable.

This applies to:

Purchased domains

Free domains included with yearly plans (domain cost will be deducted on refund)

Once a domain is registered, it cannot be canceled or refunded under any condition.

4. Add-ons & Extra Services

Any add-ons, custom services, or third-party services are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

Fees paid to third-party providers are not refundable by Webly.pk.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund (if eligible):

Contact our support team within 7 days

Provide your account email and reason for refund

Refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days

Transaction or gateway fees may not be refundable

7. Abuse & Policy Enforcement

Webly.pk reserves the right to:

Reject refund requests that violate this policy

Take action against abuse or repeated refund attempts
