Refunds at a glance
Free trial: cancel before it ends and you pay nothing.
Monthly plan: no refunds. You can cancel any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Yearly plan: you can ask for a refund within 7 days of your first yearly payment. We return the platform fee. The domain registration fee is not refunded because we have already paid it. If we have not registered a domain for you yet, you get a full refund. The domain stays yours.
Domain renewals and AI tokens: non-refundable.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email and include your payment reference. We reply within 24 to 48 hours and pay the refund back through the same payment method as soon as we can.
