What we collect
Your account details: name, business name, email, phone and address.
The content you add to your website: text, images and product information.
Buyer inquiries sent through your website: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, and message.
Basic usage information and visit statistics from our own analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking tools.
Payment records, such as what was paid and when.
How we use it
To run your website, send you buyer inquiries and notifications, provide AI features, give you support, keep Webly secure and handle billing.
Who sees it
We never sell your data or your leads.
We use trusted service providers to run Webly (hosting, domain registration through Cloudflare, payments, email delivery and AI services). They only receive what they need to do their job.
We share information with authorities only when the law requires it.
Your dashboard is protected by your login and a security PIN that refreshes every 24 hours. Our team cannot open your dashboard unless you share the PIN with us.
Where it is stored
Our servers are in Germany. Some of the services we use may handle data in other countries.
AI services
When you use an AI feature, the text or images for that request are sent to AI service providers to create the result. Please do not enter sensitive information such as ID card numbers or bank details.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is active. If your plan ends, or your free trial ends without a subscription, we keep your data for 3 months, and after that we may delete it. We keep billing records for as long as the law requires.
Your choices
You can export your data from your dashboard. You can also ask us at [email protected] to show, correct or delete your data.
Buyers and children
If you sent an inquiry through a Webly website, please contact that business first, or write to us. Webly is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18.
