You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

Webly.pk services are offered on monthly and yearly subscription plans.

Payments must be made in advance according to the selected plan.

Prices are listed in PKR unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update pricing for new subscriptions.

4. Domain Services

Free subdomain is provided with all plans.

Custom domain is included free for the first year on yearly plans (selected domains).

Domain renewal fees are charged yearly and are the customer’s responsibility.

You may also connect your own existing domain.

5. Website Content & Ownership

All content uploaded by you (text, images, products) remains your property.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

Webly.pk does not claim ownership of your website content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Webly.pk for:

Illegal activities

Fraud, scams, or misleading content

Malware, hacking, or system abuse

Adult, hateful, or abusive content

Violating intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime.

Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary interruptions.

8. Support

Customer support is provided via available channels (email, WhatsApp, etc.).

Support availability may vary depending on plan and workload.

9. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation, access to services will continue until the end of the billing period.

Webly.pk reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions.

Refunds are processed according to our refund policy and eligibility.

11. Limitation of Liability

Webly.pk is not responsible for:

Business losses, data loss, or revenue loss

Website downtime beyond reasonable control

Third-party service failures (payments, domains, hosting providers)

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

12. Third-Party Services

Webly.pk may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics tools, or domain providers.

We are not responsible for their policies or services.

13. Changes to Terms
